Outbound Physical Therapy & Rehab was originally established as a unique therapy company in response to the growing need for patients to receive therapy services in their environment of choice and on their own schedule. It is our goal to provide quality, effective rehabilitation and wellness services to patients in the privacy and comfort of their home or other chosen environment. These services a

re right for patients who have been receiving traditional home health therapy and no longer wish to be home-bound or who rely on others for transportation. Now Outbound is proud to announce the expansion of our services with a clinic location! Conveniently located near the intersection of Hwy 50 and Eastland Dr. in Jefferson City, our patients now have all the advantages a physical location has to offer! We remain committed to providing an abundance of care to each patient, sensitive the individual's needs in regard to cost, scheduling, and specialty services. Outbound is locally-owned and committed to the Jefferson City community and surrounding areas. We look forward to hearing from you and serving the Jefferson City area!

By participating in this drive, we’re helping provide healthier options and raising awareness about the critical role nutrition plays in preventing heart disease and other chronic illnesses.

Therapeutic Thursday!!

Introducing Russian/NMES electrical stimulation which is used often to treat patients here at Outbound.

What it does:
- Re-educates weak and inhibited muscles post trauma, injury, and surgery
- Promotes blood flow creating a quicker recovery and improving muscle function
- Aids in reducing pain
How it works:
- Sends pulses through the skin using electrodes which promotes muscle contractions

Did you know June 3-9 is Hand Therapy Week? Created by the American Society of Hand Therapists, this week raises awareness and educates the public.
Hand therapy evaluates and treats upper extremity injuries and conditions to restore function.

We'd like to take this opportunity to show our appreciation to our wonderful occupational therapists, Kathy Palmer, who is one of only 3 hand therapist in our area!
