This training establishes a basic understanding of military service and the many challenges that service members, veterans, and their families are faced with.
It is our purpose and passion to find volunteers interested in helping service members, Veterans, and their family members; to provide them with the means to be more effective at doing so.

AS+K (Ask About Su***de to Save a Life)

Join us for a virtual presentation on a best practice informed su***de prevention curriculum.
It is intended to offer hope through positive action, (not a form of counseling or treatment).
Teaches you to recognize the warning signs, clues and suicidal communications of people in psychological distress and what action to take to prevent a possible tragedy.
Like CPR or the Heimlich maneuver, the fundamentals of AS+K? are easily learned. And like CPR or the Heimlich maneuver, the application of AS+K? may save a life.
