Our Story

Since 1995, Functional Pathways has consistently provided premier contract therapy services throughout the nation. Our mission has always been to make a difference by providing Excellence in Rehabilitation. We believe our values have made a difference in the lives of our patients, our colleagues, and our clients. We value loyal, mutual, long-lasting relationships with customers, patients and each other. We always do what we say we will do. Functional Pathways enters each new partnership with an eye toward the long term.
