Our tea just got an upgrade! I’ve been reformulating the dandelion ginger and love the new recipe. I incorporated hints of lemon to the ginger and this tea is now Dandy Zinger! It has little ‘zing’ notes which I know my ginger tea lovers will enjoy!

My Elder-Mint Elixir is excellent for fevers and colds. In my recent blog post I stated how elderflowers are a great remedy for supporting the body while running fevers. Elderflowers contain compounds that encourage the body to sweat, a natural process that helps cool the body and reduce fever. As a mom, I've learned firsthand the incredible benefits of Vitamin C according to orthomolecular medicine. When illness strikes, it's my first choice of weapon to supercharge the immune system and help the little ones (and myself), bounce back faster!
