“I started this journey on March 17, 2024. Switching to clean eating was hard but it isn’t something I haven’t done before. I worked hard and was pleased with every 5 pounds I lost throughout the process. I continued with drops and eating clean, cheated once on my birthday in July, which I felt I needed at the time.
I am sleeping better, my hormones are regulated, no more inflammation, no hot flashes, no gut issues and I feel like a million dollars. I’ve changed my goal over the last 6 months, I wanted to hit 35, then 40, then 45.
Well today I hit my real goal. I am down 50.3 since March 17, 2024. Am I proud of myself- hell yes, I worked hard, I worked out, I ate clean and I remained diligent in this journey. Now I focus on maintenance.

Before drops on left. Started at 212lbs. Today I am at 165lbs and maintaining. Off drops and doing Burn drinks only. Down 4 pant sizes! Today I went shopping and didn’t even recognize myself in mirror. Don’t get discouraged if the scale isn’t moving. This is almost a year difference.
