Now is the time to take care of yourself. I am teaching three classes on Fridays: 8:30am-9:15am Fitness Training with weights, 9:30-10:45 Vinyasa Yoga and 11:00am-12:00pm Gentle Yoga and Foam Rolling. I look forward to seeing you in class tomorrow!!!

Come get your yoga on this summer! We are going to have a blast stretching out our minds and bodies! I’m teaching Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 930 am and on Tuesdays at 530pm. Also bring your tweens and your teens to class.
