My favourite headache blend is
3-4 drops each of Frankincense, Copaiba, & peppermint in a 10 ml roller bottle topped with coconut oil.

I find the blend is all I need and I get near immediate relief, and it’s cheaper than conventional remedies 😉

Handy hint! Digestzen is also excellent to use in a sinus blend to help clear the sinuses😉

Why I love these Oils!

These oils have really given me a sense of empowerment when it comes to helping my family and friends. There is nothing like the feeling of knowing you have been able to help someone. The more I learn about essential oils the more I am amazed that more people are not involved with these "little bottles of Miracles." I have been inspired to become a certified Aromatherapist and continue my journey with these oils. doTerra is a wonderful place to pursue my dream of becoming my own boss.
