When arriving at one of our therapy centers, you and your child are met with warm, friendly and understanding staff in a bright and cheery environment. At Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay, we have gathered a loving, dedicated staff who not only enjoy working with children, but who also have vast knowledge and experience with a wide-range of conditions. The entire staff is keenly aware and prepared for various disorders and the numerous and diverse behaviors each can convey. Our therapists are committed to providing the most effective treatment available to our clients and have seen the direct effect our hard work has had on the lives of so many families. Our happiest moments are celebrating a child’s victories when new skills are acquired and appropriate behaviors are developed.

This month, our President Kelley Prince joined the Lawyers Autism Awareness Foundation (LAAF) for a tour of Turkey Creek Middle School, where two new sensory rooms are being built to better support students in the Access Points programs.

Thanks to Tampa City Councilman Luis Viera - District 7 and LAAF, essential equipment and tools were provided to bring these spaces to life for students with unique needs. In a time when schools face shrinking budgets and teachers are stretching their own resources, it’s critical that we step up together to be part of the solution.

If you are a parent or caregiver to a person with special needs, we are having an in person coffee on August 23 at 10:00 AM at CUP.

CUP is an amazing coffee shop that employs people with intellectual disabilities. It is the brainchild of the amazing Greg and Laura Jones, with the help of so many others.

Where: CUP at 3408 South Dale Mabry
