DESCRIPTION OF A REIKI SESSION WITH STREGA LUNA

REIKI :
Reiki is a healing method using life force energy to balance and cleanse your Chakras which are energy centers in the human body.

During your session, you may be asked to concentrate on different colors which correspond to each chakra. If you are someone who prefers to sleep, or rest during the session, that’s absolutely fine as well.

I find that playing a recording of musical notes that correspond with each chakra helps to amplify the healing.

Starting with the Crown Chakra, I Reiki each of the seven Chakras, all the way down to the Root Chakra.

I place my hands directly on the client’s body or inches above the client’s body, depending on the preference and/or comfort level.
Taking into consideration that some of my clients have fibromyalgia and are in discomfort with direct touch. Also, some people are just not comfortable with direct contact.
Either way works equally well.

After I concentrate on each of the seven Chakra points located in the body I then focus on any particular areas the client tells me about, for instance if there's a problem with their back, knees, stomach, sinuses, etc.

Lastly, I work at the feet focusing on different reflexology points that correspond to different organs in the body.
