I am a trained and board certified hypnotherapist, Crystal Reiki Master, Ordained Minister, flower essence practitioner, Soul Coach and Toe Reader. Painful truths and experiences can lead to renewal, growth, and strength.
It’s time to release what hurts and take deep truths as opportunities to see things in a new way.
YOU have to choose to face yourself forward and move.
Some endings hurt but each experience makes us wiser and more practiced, and hopefully eventually stronger. Experience closures and then release. Practice gentleness and self love as time and focus knit our hearts and spirits back together.

Hoping all those who observed the fast today had an easy and meaningful fast.
I find this time to be a period of deep reflection and meditation. A period of listening, allowing, mourning, and healing.
Sometimes you just have to go there. You have to allow your grief and sadness to wash over you without pushing it back. You have to move through it.
The 3 weeks has always reminded me of the way grief can change, be carried over time, and the different ways it can be can be expressed.
It builds and must be expressed and acknowledged, so then we can continue the work of keeping on.🪬💚

I don’t do much on the 4th of July, but I always make my mother’s pasta salad.
One of my favorite childhood memories was of going to a place called Parasio Springs. We went a few times with friends on the 4th of July. My mom would usually make this salad to bring and share at the pot luck. There was a pool and a hot spring area, with nice grass and tall beautiful trees. I remember running up and down the hill to the pool and back to my mom where she made me eat bits of food between playing all day outside. I played outside daily, but being outside with my entire family was unusual. I was a latch key kid and my parents weren’t outdoor enthusiasts whatsoever. It felt so out of character for our family, like we were different people. I felt so care free and happy.
Even just the smell of this salad brings it all back. I remember watching my mother’s hands as she chopped all the veggies, telling me stories of how her mother made this as well.
Now my own kids ask for it every year in the Summer.
Some beautiful things never change if we keep them.💚🪬

Dissolution of the ego and a call to personal reflection, responsibility, and honesty surrounding the ways in which we give our power away in the world.
This card is always an invite to dive deeper, past the masks that we wear and the actions we take on to keep up with expectations from ourselves and the world.
A reminder that there is always a choice between what you are told to value/ what you have convinced yourself that matters/what simply feels good and what truly feeds your soul and who you are on a deeper level. Certain actions and material focuses become hollow when it only paints a pretty picture without feeling the soul.
Be mindful of escapism and any vices today that are really just distractions from the work that really needs doing.
Don’t distract. Dive deep.🪬💚

Life is full of dark moments and deep healing.
A pigeon flew into our window last year and was injured. When she didn’t fly away my husband climbed up on our roof to rescue her. It turned out she had bands on each of her legs and was a racing pigeon. She looked like no pigeon I had seen before, her coloring was so pretty. We contacted the number on her leg band and they didn’t want her anymore since she was injured, so we decided to hold on to her at least through the winter and spring storms that were coming. We gave her the name Leona, after my husband’s grandmother.
She’s been with us for many months now. We can let her out and she flies around our farm but she comes back to us.
Recently she has started laying eggs! I’ve never dealt much with pigeons before but she’s pretty awesome. What one person no longer wants can become another person’s treasure and Leona has sure become ours.💚🪬
