Stay Focused: Sports Massage We specialize in sports massage, sports performance, athlete recovery, and injury prevention. We offer 60-, 90-, and 120-minute-long customized massages.

At Stay Focused: Sports Massage you'll find massage therapists specialized in sports and deep tissue massage. We're here to help heal injuries like muscle strain, lower back pain, hip pain, and more. We're experts in treating athletes and active adults, so they can recover from acute and chronic issues that prevent them from leading the lives they want. We also offer add-ons for the massages like CBD massage oil, cupping therapy, and KinesioTaping. An appointment is required.

My Story

I am located inside Urban Luxury Salons 403 16th St, FL 3, Denver, CO 80202, www.therasportsmassage.com.

Therapeutic & Sports Massage was opened for people looking for a massage therapist that is trained in deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, and the medical side of massage. My goal is for people that are in chronic or acute pain experience relief that lasts. Whether you are a rookie or seasoned veteran I want to get you back in the game as soon as possible...from pro athlete to weekend warrior.

I have been a massage therapist since 2009, I'm certified in KinesioTaping, trained in Active Isolated Stretching and constantly continuing my education. I work with the Colorado Mammoth when they're in season and look forward to extending my knowledge, experience, and passion with you!
