Last week, our community came together for our 4th annual Kicks & Cocktails event supporting Soles of Joy 👟. Thanks to your generosity, over 50 children will begin the school year with confidence, comfort, and the dignity that comes from having their own brand-new pair of shoes.

This week, our residents had the opportunity to volunteer at The Frederick Rescue Mission, serving meals to those in need in our community and dropped off a food donation. With compassion, kindness, and a shared commitment to helping others, they made a meaningful impact, reminding us all of the power of service at every stage of life.

Last night was a tropical blast at our Luau Bingo Fundraiser in support of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s! 🌊🌴 Residents, families, and staff came together for a fun-filled evening of bingo, laughter, leis, and giving back.

With every “Bingo!” called, we got one step closer to our goal of raising awareness and funds to help end Alzheimer’s. 💜 Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and brought the aloha spirit!

🌞💜 Today is The Longest Day — and we’re stepping up in a big way! 💜🌞

We kicked off our Walk to End Alzheimer’s team fundraising efforts today with a spirited walk with our incredible residents and staff, all decked out in purple to show our support and raise awareness. 💪👟💜

We ended the day offering neighbors and Music in the Village concert-goers a refreshing treat at our Lemonade Stand! 🍋🎶 Every sip supported the fight to end Alzheimer’s.

Together, we walk. Together, we remember. Together, we make a difference. 💜

This month, we’re embracing the beauty and calm of Nature throughout our programming. This week, our art class invited residents to explore nature through watercolors. It’s a wonderful way to connect with the outdoors, even indoors! 🍃🌸🖌️
