Meet Ava, one of our amazing clinicians who brings both skill and heart to our team!

When she’s not caring for patients, Ava’s daydreaming of her bucket-list trip to Italy 🇮🇹, getting lost in her favorite fantasy series A Court of Thorns and Roses 📚, and soaking in all things Renaissance-era. Her favorite animal? The majestic elephant 🐘—strong, gentle, and unforgettable (just like Ava!).

We’re so lucky to have her on our team, bringing compassion, creativity, and a little bit of magic to every smile she works on! 💙

Meet Karlie – one of our friendly scheduling coordinators! 📞🎶
Karlie keeps our days running smoothly with a smile—and when she’s off the clock, you’ll probably find her at a concert with her fiancé or grabbing her go-to drink from House of Brews in Snohomish ☕🎤

She’s also a big family person and loves spending time surrounded by her favorite people (the more, the merrier!).

Whether she’s keeping our schedule on track or picking the perfect playlist, Karlie brings warmth, energy, and connection to everything she does—we’re so lucky to have her on the team! 💛🎶👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

When she’s not brightening smiles in the office, Haile is busy chasing around her adorable one-year-old daughter and caring for her pets—all named after Lilo & Stitch characters (yes, even the mischievous ones 🐾).

Fun fact: she was born in Guam

🌟 Stephanie – Our Scheduling Coordinator Extraordinaire! 🌟
We’re thrilled to shine the spotlight on Stephanie, another amazing team member who helps bring our vision to life!

Stephanie started her journey with Lund Orthodontics in 2014 as an orthodontic clinician, and over the years, her skill, versatility, and dedication have helped her grow into new roles. Today, she brings that same passion and experience to her work as a Scheduling Coordinator here at MKD, making sure our days run smoothly and our patients feel right at home.

When she’s not managing the schedule, you’ll often find Stephanie in the Lund Ortho lab making retainers—proof that she’s always ready to jump in and help wherever she’s needed!

Outside the office, Stephanie loves spending time at the Snohomish driving range with her family, enjoying laughs, swings, and quality time together. ⛳💙

Stephanie, thank you for your commitment, flexibility, and the heart you bring to everything you do. We’re so lucky to have you on our team!

With 6 ½ years of dedication, leadership, and heart, Kylee has been a cornerstone of our team. Her passion for care and connection is truly inspiring, and she leads with a perfect mix of compassion and strength.
When she’s off the clock, Kylee loves fishing, hunting, and shopping - a true blend of adventure and style! She’s also a big fan of traveling to tropical destinations with Costa Rica at the top of her must-visit list. 🏝️🌿 if there’s a country concert in town, you’ll probably find her signing along to all her favorite songs. 🤠

It’s always a joy to step outside the usual routine and connect with our little ones in a new, exciting environment! 🌟 Step inside and discover how learning about dental care can be fun and empowering.
