Same day sick appointments on most days
Accepting new patients: Well (sports and school PE) and sick visits; routine immunizations, including flu vaccines; prenatals; adolescent gyn; ADD/ADHD
Accept most insurances (now taking Blue Select); sorry we are not currently accepting medicaid

From Eglin Pky SE/SR-85 N, follow SR-85 N. Your destination is on the right, 0.3 miles past Sparkleberry Cv. (3rd drive past the TCH ER entrance). Turn right at the next drive into our parking lot. We are the first office to your right, as you pass through the gate- Suite C.

I wanted to reassure all my families that despite what may happen with vaccine mandates, I plan to make no changes. I will still recommend and have all the "routine" vaccines available that I have always had.

The office will be closed for patient visits Fri Aug 8th and Mon Aug 11th. There will be someone at the front desk from 8am-noon each day if you have administrative needs. Thank you.

Kindergarten... to her last year of family practice residency. What a journey.

We will be closed Thurs and Fri June 26th and 27th for a family event. My oldest daughter Ariel is finishing her residency in Family Practice! I'm so proud and wanted to share.

If I do not answer your call, please text me. For some reason some calls go straight to voicemail, then that voicemail notification can be hours later. I think I resolved the issue but I'm not sure. So sorry to those of you who got late calls.

The office will be closed after 10 am Friday May 2nd and all day Mon May 5th. A nurse will be available by phone from 8am-12pm each day for questions. My daughter is graduating from UF! Thank you for understanding.

Well here is the plan... Donna is diligently working on calls to reschedule people. I plan to come in noon Thurs (after it warms up and hopefully some ice melts) to see patients. I will not have a nurse. Friday am we are hoping to have a nurse to help, but that is still up in the air. I can see patients 8-4/5 on Fri. if needed. If there are any patients critically low on meds, please text me. We can arrange telemed appts if needed. Thank you all for understanding. Enjoy the beauty outside!!

We have a patient portal to make it even easier for you to request appointments, fill out paperwork, make payments, etc.

Currently we are not accepting patients who do not vaccinate, or who follow an alternative schedules that will not complete the CDC recommended schedule by 24 months of age.
