What type of counselor do I need? Is there something wrong with me? I believe that everyone has asked these questions at one time or another but right now it’s your questions that concern me the most. Change can be frightening when navigating it alone. Chances are you already have the answers to your questions you just aren’t sure where to begin. I am honored to accompany you on this journey as you heal the wounds of abuse, broken relationships, addiction, grief, trauma and other concerns that are inhibiting you from living a fulfilling and authentic life. The word change can be frightening but together it can be attainable and mastered. Often it is comforting to process life’s transitions with someone who possesses an open empathic heart. Together we can cultivate your internal landscape which will allow you to live a life without suffering and manifest a life of bliss.

This is a practice that I have been working on. The alarm often means “get up, get to work!” Now I set it an hour earlier and sit up, check my heart, and meditate calm into my nervous system. I am by no means mastering it (late for work some days 😉) however I am feeling a shift! Happy Sunday! See you next week!

May you know calm better than the back of your hand. When you wake, may it warm your face with a smile. In moments when you are challenged, may you easily align with this close friend.
