If you’re constantly sucking in your abs or clenching your glutes, your body is compensating for instability—not getting stronger.

➡️ Disrupts intra-abdominal pressure – leading to shallow breathing and core weakness.
➡️ Overloads your pelvic floor – constant tension can make your pelvic floor tight, weak, or even contribute to leakage or pain.

I’m always looking for the next learning opportunity and this certification was pretty incredible. I learned so much about how to enhance care for my patients through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and beyond. Topics included yoga, running after pregnancy, thyroid function, nutrition, estrogen dominance, holistic approaches, strengthening the immune system and way more. The speakers were outstanding! I feel better equipped than ever to serve this amazing community of women.
