If you've done yoga with me, you know my focus is generally- attracting what makes you thrive and letting go of what doesn't serve you.

That's also the goal of my reset program..
You know I do this intentional reset a couple times a year; the main outcomes include more efficient elimination and more nutrient absorption.
(Other benefits come too, like weight loss, more vibrant skin, learning what foods/liquids do and don't serve you, more energy, better sleep...)

When I see more, I'll post below.

The coffee protein still contains 20 g of protein from peas, cranberries and rice. And there are also 24 vitamins and minerals including B12 and folate. And, it is allowed on the 30 days because it's from the green coffee bean, which has pretty much no acidic residue.

When we rest, everything slows down so that our bodies can do a bunch of processes that they can't when we are moving, moving, moving (or even sitting and working) during the day.
Digestion is one of those processes.
It is suggested to give your body 8-12 hours of no eating (gentle, herbal teas and water is ok), of 'fasting' before you 'break the fast' (where the term breakfast came from).
And then, when it is time to ingest foods again, what is the first thing you take in? How intentional are you about it?
I start by making a drink that includes my powdered probiotics & my powdered greens in lots of water.

As a HS teacher, I found that I talked maybe 10% of the time. It's not about me. Never was, never is. It's not about what I know and what I can impart on the kids.
It's about giving them a safe space, an inspired container, to explore their interests and discover their own, new knowledge.
And from them, I always, always learn so much more than what I could have taught them.
I'm finding this to be true, of course, with my nutrition clients.
After a debrief the other day with four 30-day clients, my awareness was expanded. I am now more mindful of my own practices. I learn so much from all of you who take the time to reflect on what you've learned.
So here's a moment for me to say thank you to all my students, clients and customers.
You are my teachers.
