100 Days Toward Change

There is a reason why people get fired up about their new gym membership or diet or financial, relationship or business goals on December 31st… only to find that early enthusiasm deserting them in the cold, gray days of January.

Join me for 100 days of exploring, through the Five Elements, a different way to approach making change… one that is slower and more deliberate. But as the I Ching says: “Slow progress endures.”

We will meet for 30 minutes every Friday (15 times) on zoom (which will be recorded) and on the transition days between each astrological sign for 60 minutes. You will get assignments to consider through the week.
