Are we ready for a New Year… new intentions, new goals…
Ready to leave stagnant memories of 2023 behind and focus on what you want out of 2024 (& years to come) and what you don’t want!
It’s the perfect time to restart, rethink, renew, reboot…
January is my biannual cleanse month
Cleanse the bu****it, release suppressed trauma, dry January (no alcohol!), zero sugar (& for me- snapping me back from the holiday months of poor choices and back to my norm eating style).

I am in the tunnel of perimenopausal symptoms hell so this is my year to learn the new me (like I teach many of you to do), what I notice is-
less patience - so maybe more yoga!

More food cravings- maybe better hydration, better sleep, normal eating habits, more weight training..

Less desire for social activities, so maybe putting activities on calendar and forcing to just do it… At least twice a month— trying something new

More stress- Learn to release what’s not worthy, more yoga 😉, practice more: F**k it mentality

More accountability for my career goals 💫🙌🏼 schedule those hours to plan more, create more, grow more

We certainly do not all thrive the same. One person’s thriving food may be another’s poison (if you’ve worked with me- you’ve heard me say this over and over),
But heck let’s dive in to a few of my fav hormone balancing DIET tips:

- Aim to eat anti-inflammatory foods. Nutrient dense foods, lean protein, tons of veggies, healthy fats, fruit.
- Eat enough calories- don’t starve yourself- don’t skip meals. You will slow your metabolism if you dive to low on a regular basis
- Eat a little protein (fiber - healthy fat great too) at every meal👏🏻. Our greatest energy expenditure, balances blood sugar longer.
- Hydrate! Water; electrolyte water
- Limit alcohol😑🥴
- Identify any food intolerances/sensitivities that may be creating inflammation within
- Get toxins out. We need at least 25gms of fiber a day to help with this. Optimize our natural detox pathways 💫
- Optimize gut health 🙌🏼
