Today, our residents were in for a treat with an engaging cooking demonstration by the talented Chef Nino! 💛 He whipped up a mouthwatering pot of swamp soup, filling the air with irresistible aromas while sprinkling in plenty of laughs with his delightful comedy act. 😂✨ Between the fun, Chef Nino shared valuable tips on managing blood pressure and highlighted the importance of regular exercise for a healthy lifestyle. It was a lively, flavorful, and educational experience enjoyed by all! 🌟

We had a wonderful lunch outing at Kraver’s in Mobile, AL, and it did not disappoint! With seafood being one of our residents’ favorite meals, this visit to one of the best seafood restaurants around was a real treat.
