Noah's numbers were down and his chemo went fine! We also found out that he gets to come off the steroids in a few days! Hopefully this will curb his appetite a little! 🤣Thank you so much for the thoughts and prayers! 🧡

Tomorrow is our first outpatient chemo. We can't eat after midnight, which is always hard on steroids! This also means that this is our first time coming home after chemo! I pray there are not any new side effects that we are not prepared for! 🧡

Update: NUMBERS ARE DOWN!!!! 🧡. They are sending us home! 🧡

We are heading back to Greenville this morning to get labs drawn. Please say a quick prayer that the numbers are still down. If we can't keep his numbers down at home then it might mean another hospital stay! We are trusting the Lord and are taking things one day at a time! Dorothy Perry Sadler

March. 27th, 2024.... I have struggled with how to write this post all day!! I have known this post would be coming for only 2 but it still doesn't make it any easier! Let me apologize if anyone is finding this out this way. I have had a lot going through my head the past few days. I will spare the details for another day and jump right to it.

Noah has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-cell ALL for short). This is the more treatable of the cancers and the success rate is very good! Especially since we have God on our side. So we have a very positive outlook!

Today is day 1 of his chemo and so far we are handling things well. After more than a week he is finally back to his old self!

While we appreciate all of the calls and texts and offers to help, right now the only thing we need is your thoughts and prayers while we get acclimated to our new "normal". We are so grateful that we have learned very quickly just how large our support system is! I promise if there is something we need I will reach out!

I have created a page to share our cancer journey. We will share our beginnings and will post on here instead of my personal page. Let me apologize in advance that I will also be sharing some of the same information I have already posted, but not everyone who may want to has seen those posts. Thank you for all the prayers! Please keep them coming!
