Hey y'all! Lately my heart has just been yearning to find ways to be more creative. I want to learn, I want to find mindful ways to express myself, and I want to make art. I want to nourish my days with connection and community and I want to escape the constant need to pick up my phone. That's why when ( the most creative and expressive person I know) said she was going to start a Cultivating Creativity class, my heart burst with excitement. Each week will be a different project, this week is Intro to Crochet...all materials are provided AND this class is only $10!

Lately I’ve been absolutely smitten with one class in particular: Gentle & Heated Flow. Picture a candlelit room, softly glowing, warmed to a cozy 85–95 degrees. The kind of warmth you can sink into. The pace is slow and intentional, inviting you to linger in long, nourishing stretches and let the day melt off your bones.

Claim a Dec. or Jan. Class Pass for $75, I'll send you an invoice and voila...you shopped small and never took off your fuzzy socks. (Easiest way to get the tote bag too)

In my feels today and doing a bit of self reflection. I've been thinking about some of the actions I've taken and regretted, sending my younger version some love and grace because she acted from a place that lacked hope and an understanding that she too has a bit of divinity within her. Thinking about some old pattern that I still fall into, thinking that I should be beyond this but then asking myself why I'm not? I guess just because I've come so far, it doesn't mean my journey is done.
