ncture and herbal formulas to our communities near and far, but we also co-create multimedia “edu-tainment” and health literacy content, while networking with dynamic healing artists & professionals. We believe that taking an active role in your own health and well-being is very important, and necessary to educate and empower ourselves. We incorporate a wide spectrum of health and healing, from modern research, to traditional practices of competent care, so that we may enable broader community health and restoration. We’re building a better world, through our digitally shared content and connections, through our lens of ancestral wisdom, for all generations to like, share and enjoy. We’re here to help with the assist.

☯️ For the Month of July, we’re offering $20/20 minute fire cupping sessions! Cupping can be as relaxing and enjoyable, as it is therapeutic!
Cupping creates a vacuum of sorts, over the skin by lighting a cotton ball moistened with rubbing alcohol and inserting it into a specifically designed glass cup. The cup is then applied to the skin. This is the part that creates the vacuum so the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn into and held inside the cup! It’s often used for the treatment of back & shoulder tension, headaches, asthma, common colds and more!

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Dr Mutulu Shakur reports that their most beloved father & elder peacefully passed away on July 7, 2023 at 72 years old. He was a highly esteemed acupuncturist, healer, revolutionary, & leader in the Black liberation movement. For us, his unyielding love, kindness, humor & brilliance will forever be missed. He courageously battled multiple myeloma, a blood cancer that damages the bones & kidneys since 2019. In December 2022, he was released on parole from federal prison, affording him the opportunity to spend his remaining days surrounded by loved ones. Having endured nearly 37 years of incarceration, his profound legacy will serve as a timeless inspiration for future generations.

As we honor the life & legacy of Dr Mutulu Shakur, let us remember him as a healer, an unyielding revolutionary, & an advocate for social change. His contributions as an acupuncturist & his unwavering dedication to Black liberation will forever inspire generations to come. May his spirit of resilience & commitment guide us as we strive for a more equitable & just world.
