Before I share why you should consider a Reset, let me first tell you why I do—and how mine are different.
At 50+, life has thrown me through more transitions than I ever imagined in this part of my journey: the heartbreak of family tragedy, a couple cross-country moves, an empty nest, a demanding career, the rollercoaster of menopause, unexplained weight gain, and most recently, signs of hereditary arthritis. I knew—because I am the expert, after all—that it was time for a true, holistic Reset.
But here’s the thing: my Resets aren’t fluff. If you know me, you know.
They are grounded, honest, integrated experiences—where your body, mind, emotions, spirit, and habits all get the attention they deserve. I don’t do surface-level healing. I go deep. I root down. And I rise stronger.
I’ve attended many beautiful retreats over the years and gained something from each one. But what I needed—and couldn’t find—was a blend of real physical work (not too gentle), spiritual clarity, emotional honesty, and a lifestyle foundation I could carry home with me. So I created it.
Run Your Life Resets is the culmination of over 30 years of professional and personal evolution—as a track coach, personal trainer, nutritionist, community leader, athlete, mental health professional, spiritual Reiki Master, and a lifelong learner with degrees in psychology, merchandising, design, and an MBA.
This Reset isn’t just a break—it’s a breakthrough.
It’s work. It’s heart. It’s sweat. It’s growth.
