Forgive me I am weak. My heart and mind wanders not recognizing Your greatness. The awe and reverence I have is just fleeting, temporary. Your healing power is supposed to fill me with love. But I am empty. Darkness looms over me. Days have become weeks, months, years. Where were you in my suffering. I hated You for allowing my suffering. I distanced myself from You. I am an empty void. I miss your presence. The wonder of Your love does not compare to anything in this world. I know you were with me. But to feel alone and abandoned again was more than I could bare. I could not pray...I could not feel...I could no longer write. I know You were healing me from within... from others’ acceptance...From pride and power...From heartache to the depths of my core...The darkest pit...A void...A black hole of existence.
