Keep Calm and Train Insane Weight Loss Motivation, Tips and Healthy Recipes This is a place to get motivated for your weight loss journey. And I am not through yet.

I am a mother of 2, all my life I had always been skinny before kids, I ate whatever and didn't excercise, I always stayed around 125 pounds. Well after having 2 kids that are 2 years apart, that lifestyle that I once knew just wasn't going to cut it. I had gained 48 pounds after my 2 kids, I was the largest I had ever been. I was not happy, I always felt tired but yet I suffered very bad insomnia. I was tired of looking in the mirror and seeing someone who just didn't look like the real me. I have now been inspired to loose this weight, get fit and toned and be in the best shape I have ever been. I am still a work in progress, But I am glad to say that I have already dropped 32 pounds in the past 2 months. I hope to inspire you to start your weight loss journey or to lose those last few pounds.
