✨ Client Testimonial ✨

Working with food & health can feel especially overwhelming when your needs haven’t been understood in the past. That’s why my approach is always rooted in meeting you where you are

No rigid rules. No taking away the foods that feel safe or comforting. No pushing you beyond what feels manageable.

Instead, we focus on building trust, creating flexibility, & making small, sustainable changes that actually fit your life 💯

💚 If you’re looking for a gentle, individualized approach, book an appointment today 🥑

As the weather warms up, so do your hydration needs ☀️💧

Even mild dehydration can impact your energy, focus, digestion, & mood 🤯 yet it’s one of the easiest things to overlook this time of year

A few gentle reminders:
• Thirst isn’t always the first sign you need fluids
• Caffeine & alcohol can increase fluid needs
• Sweating (even lightly) means you’re losing more than just water

Hydration doesn’t have to mean chugging plain water all day:
🍓 Add fruit or herbs for flavor
🥤 Include beverages like milk, tea, or electrolyte drinks
🥒 Eat water-rich foods like cucumbers, watermelon, & oranges

Gentle reminder: skipping meals doesn’t make you “healthier”—it usually just makes you hungrier later

As a dietitian, I see this all the time. You get busy, distracted, or feel like you “shouldn’t” eat… & then by the end of the day you’re overly hungry, reaching for anything in sight, & wondering why you feel out of control around food

That’s not a lack of willpower—that’s your body doing its job 🙌🏼Your body needs consistent fuel to function, think clearly, regulate mood, & maintain energy levels

Fueling your body regularly isn’t a weakness—it’s a form of self respect 💙

The day after a holiday can bring up a lot—fullness, guilt, second-guessing, or the urge to “get back on track.”

But here’s your reminder: your body doesn’t need punishment, it needs consistency & care 🫶🏼

One day (or even a few) of eating differently doesn’t undo your health. You don’t need to skip meals, overexercise, or “detox.” Instead, come back to the basics:
✨ Regular, balanced meals
✨ Hydration
✨ Gentle movement that feels good
✨ Tuning into your hunger and fullness cues

Holidays are meant to be enjoyed—food included. Your health is built over time, not defined by a single day.

Let today be a return to routine, not restriction 🥑

Slowing down doesn’t mean falling behind 💚

In a world that celebrates being busy, choosing rest is an act of self-care. It’s okay to take a breath, move a little slower, & give yourself the same compassion you give everyone else

Today’s reminder: you don’t have to earn your rest. You’re allowed to pause, reset, and simply be ✨

Proof that nourishment doesn’t have to be complicated ☺️

As a registered dietitian, I’m a big believer in keeping things realistic—meals don’t need to be perfect & neither do you. Whether it’s a cozy snack on the couch, takeout after a long day, or a home-cooked favorite, it all counts 🥑

Your body deserves consistency, flexibility, & kindness—not rules that make life smaller.

✨ Gentle reminder: eating enough > eating “perfect”

Client wins like this are why I love what I do 💚

Supporting you in building a positive, sustainable relationship with food isn’t about perfection—it’s about feeling understood, staying consistent, & finding what truly works for your life.

So grateful to walk alongside my clients through the ups, downs, and everything in between ✨

If you’re ready for guidance that meets you where you are, I’m here for you, book an appointment with 🥑

Take a step back…how long have you been trying to get the body you want through intense rules?

You’re going to be the best one to say how hard it is to try to keep all of those behaviors up & you’re doing all of that for what? For you to still not feel enough? For you to reduce your physical health? For you to have the life taken out of you? 😨

This doesn’t have to be the way! 🫶🏼 Living a life with an eating disorder or disordered eating isn’t a life full of living 👏🏼 let’s change that ☺️ book an appointment with today for freedom & health 🥑✨
