DAY 3 - CLEAN EATING RESET

Today is a clean eating reset‼️‼️

Drink your water, avoid processed foods, and try a smoothie or veggie-forward meal.

Here’s my favorite smoothie-go-to for a quick, clean and nutritious sustaining meal:

Mango Avocado Smoothie

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
½ ripe avocado
1 tablespoon chia seeds
½ teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or to taste)
1 cup water or nut milk (like almond, or oat milk)
1 teaspoon raw honey (or more to taste)
Ice (optional)

Instructions:
Add the mango, avocado, chia seeds, ginger, and your choice of water or nut milk to a blender.
Drizzle in the raw honey.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice for a cooler smoothie, and blend again if desired.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Practice detoxing your body, mind, and space today—because growth begins where comfort ends! When we release what no longer serves us, we create space for something greater.

Try these three steps to start your detox:

1️⃣ Body: Choose one thing to eliminate from your diet today—whether it’s processed sugar, alcohol, or caffeine. Hydrate with 90oz of water and add a nourishing meal to fuel your energy.

2️⃣ Mind: Set a timer for 10 minutes of stillness. Whether it’s prayer, journaling, or deep breathing, give your mind a break from the noise.

3️⃣ Space: Pick one area in your home (a drawer, closet, or even your car) and declutter it. Removing physical clutter helps clear mental and emotional blocks too!
