Beginning Monday, February 12th, I am offering a Zoom-based lunchtime "Power (Yoga) Lunch" - Yoga + Breathwork session from 12:00 - 12:50pm EST.

This will be a fantastic experience that will include a moderate-level Power Vinyasa Flow followed by a short Breathwork session that will get your blood and breath flowing, release stress and tension, and clear the clutter for your day ahead.

Tuition to join is only $12/class. Or, you can now purchase a 10 set series for only $100!

Today is your last chance to register for tomorrows "Yoga, Fascial Maneuvers, and Breathwork for the New Year" session and I wanted to clarify a couple things in hopes that you will join the others who have already registered.

If you can't make the live session tomorrow, no worries! Go ahead and sign up and I'll send you a link for the replay within 24 hours of the class ending. This link will be good forever so you can practice when it's convenient for you and do it as often as you like!

And to clarify - if you're joining us live, you will also get a link for the replay.

Finally, if you enjoy tomorrows experience and would like to make this a regular thing, let me know! I'm happy to make this a standing class every week.

Can you relate?

Once I realized how important it was for me to make deep lifestyle, mindset, and dietary changes in order to heal, I had to accept that it was time to end my decades long love affair with black coffee.

Looking back, I have to laugh at all my justifications for my morning addiction and the stories I told myself of why it was ok, and how hard it would be to give it up.

Trust me, I never saw myself as the type to drink hot herbal tea 🍵 in the morning. I’ve been a coffee man since my Coast Guard days. But… here we are! And I can say, it’s been a VERY good thing.

Not saying you need to quit too - I’m not that guy. Just saying, it’s worth examining your coffee/caffeine attachments to see if they are genuinely serving you when it comes to healing and being at your best.

The “Big 6” is a powerful practice I do daily. I learned this Ryan Rose Evans and have been doing it every morning for a little over a month and it’s made a big difference in my healing journey.

As with all things, listen to your body in terms of how much pressure to use on the massaging and tapping. And if you feel you need to take a break for a day or two, then take a break!

I do about 10 massages on each point followed by about 5 circles each direction and 10-15 taps.

The order is important:
1️⃣ Above and below the collar bones.
2️⃣ Jaw line/cheek.
3️⃣ Arm pits
4️⃣ Stomach
5️⃣ Groin
6️⃣ Behind the knees/calves
