Appreciated the opportunity to join a recent panel discussion with members of NABIP around: “The Value of Delivering Primary Care Early.”
One of the biggest themes from the conversation:
Most employers don’t actually have a healthcare problem.
They have:
• an access problem
• a delay-to-care problem
• an engagement problem
When employees get help earlier, before issues escalate into imaging, injections, surgery, missed work, or burnout, the downstream impact changes dramatically.
It was great sharing ideas alongside leaders from ModRN Health, LiveActive Primary Care, and H+Co. Benefits.
A lot of smart people in the benefits space are rethinking what proactive employer healthcare can actually look like, and we’re excited to be part of those conversations.
