In a way, TruMove was born when Andrew Dischinger was in high school. After major knee surgery, and as an athlete himself, Drew became fascinated with physical therapy and started planning his own practice. He envisioned a state-of-the-art practice dedicated to life without limits. Drew opened the practice in 2006 with a heart for the athlete in everyone, building a team of top-of-their-field physical therapists, who share his belief in the athlete in all of us.

One of the biggest themes from the conversation:
Most employers don’t actually have a healthcare problem.

They have:
• an access problem
• a delay-to-care problem
• an engagement problem

When employees get help earlier, before issues escalate into imaging, injections, surgery, missed work, or burnout, the downstream impact changes dramatically.
