✅Drink 8 -12 oz of water you've charged by pointing the device over the water (use glass only) for 30 to 60 seconds.
(I charge a 2.5 gallon glass container for use throughout the day)

✅Wand the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet, 30 to 60 seconds each
