2 frozen bananas
1 scoop Creamy Dutch Chocolate Whole Blend IsaLean Shake

DIRECTIONS

This may seem counterproductive here, but I confess I have not been following any specific Isagenix program lately. But I love these products. Yes, I put back some, ok a lot, of the weight I loss. I 'forgot' to continue what I should have to keep it off. And being furloughed and 'stuck' at home did not help.

But overall for 67 I am healthy. Other than a few areas, like watching my sodium (I still use too much salt), most of my test results from my yearly physical were good. I take a small dose BP med but nothing else has been recommended. No extra calcium or vitamin D. And although I know I should lose some weight, my doctor did not mention it to me.

I truly believe my daily morning shake with Ionix Supreme and shake boosters, plus taking my Complete Essentials with IsaGenesis, is the reason.

- AMPED Hydrate (Coconut was used for this recipe)
- Sliced fruit
- Reusable popsicle molds

Directions
- Make Coconut AMPED Hydrate according to instructions.
- Pour AMPED Hydrate into the popsicle mold.
- Add sliced fruit of your choosing into the mold with AMPED Hydrate.
- Freeze for 5 hours, and enjoy!
