Here are guidelines on the maximum dosage of essential oils by usage (Aromatic, Internal, Oral & Dermal). Internal is taking the essential oils by liquid or capsule into the digestive tract. Oral is referring to dripping oils into the mouth or under the tongue. We will be covering the use of essential oils internally over the next couple of days!
