Scheduled Closures
As you plan your upcoming visits to the 325th Medical Group, please note our scheduled closures and Minimal Manning Days.

Minimal Manning Days:
325th Medical Treatment Facility will be staffed to appropriately meet acute access needs for enrollees. Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology will be closed for walk-in care.

The 325th MDG is closed for training every Wednesday, 7:30 - 9:30 a.m.

During this partial government shutdown, the 325th Medical Group remains open and continues to honor scheduled medical and dental appointments. Our patient appointing service is open and we are still taking requests for appointments. We are doing our best to minimize impact on our beneficiaries and their health care. The clinic’s Primary Care and Specialty Care services are fully operational. Ancillary services (pharmacy, laboratory, radiology) also remain operational. Reminder:

In observance of Columbus Day the 325th Medical Group will be closed Monday, October 13th and will resume normal operations on Tuesday, October 14th.

Pharmacy Update:

Due to resource constraints within the pharmacy, patients are likely to experience longer than typical wait times for the foreseeable future. To maintain military readiness, prescriptions for Active Duty personnel in uniform will take priority over other prescriptions. Requests for same-day prescription fills and refills will be prioritized based on the acute nature of the treatment. We understand the longer wait times may be untenable for some patients.

The 325th Medical Group will be closed on Wednesday, 17 September from 2:30PM until 4:30PM. Normal operations will resume at 0730 on Thursday, 18 September.

The 325th MDG Radiology/X-Ray services will be closed for walk-in services on Wednesday & Thursday, September 17th & 18th for maintenance.

Radiology will resume normal operations on Friday, September 19th.

Update:

Due to acquiring a temporary manning assist the effective 1 September, 2025 date has been moved back to 1 October, 2025 for the below changes:

Laboratory will adjust its front desk hours for Specimen Collection to 0730 – 1200 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Wednesdays, front desk hours will be 0930-1200 due to military readiness training. All specimen collections will only be done during those front desk hours and only for Active Duty members and other empaneled beneficiaries (i.e. their primary care provider is employed at the MTF).

Due to the manpower constraints, there are times the Laboratory may have to make other service adjustments on a short-term basis.

As of Aug. 31, 2025, DHA is implementing revised prior authorization criteria for weight loss drugs, consistent with existing statutory and regulatory authority, to ensure prescription processing aligns with federal coverage requirements.

REMINDER:

In accordance with the Defense Health Agency Staffing Guidance for Fiscal Year 2025, the 325th Medical Group operates at reduced manning levels on identified days in conjunction with certain Federal Holidays.

The next minimal manning day will be this Friday, 29 August 2025.

Please be advised of the following changes to hours and services available on 29 August.

• The Warrior Operational Medicine Clinic will be open 0730-1630 for sick call and previously scheduled follow up visits.

• Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology will be closed for walk-in care.

Additionally, the 325th Medical Group will be closed Monday, 1 September 2025 for Labor Day and will resume normal operations Tuesday, 2 September 2025.
