Some social media influencers appear to think we need to hear or see the grimmest of the grim. Truth be told, we don’t. In fact, if we are constantly taking in the horror, it will affect us in the most horrible of ways.

Remember the admonition to guard your heart? This is where you take that advice. Protect your psyche. Protect your heart. Take a break.
