"Dynamic Balance and Stability"

Improve your balance through core stability and dynamic mobility. Learn how your body stabilizes, decelerates, and creates equilibrium through guided movement. Practice body-weight exercises to enhance posture and daily function.

Please bring a mat. Exercises can be modified for a chair if needed.

Tamera Reynolds is the creator and author of the 'Seven Dimensions of Balance' program, which she has presented internationally to great acclaim.
Tamera (she/her) is a wellness professional with over 30 years of instruction, training, and coaching of athletes from all walks of life. A Master Trainer for ACE Fitness and Technogym, Tamera had a long career in corporate fitness (Gap and Nike among others) and currently is the Director of Wellness at Terwilliger Plaza in Portland.
