What’s my Motive? Am I doing this because it feels right to me or for the approval of others?

When clients come to me to work on self-confidence, this is always one of the first questions I ask them to honestly consider. Living in a society that puts so much pressure on performance and appearance, it’s easy to fall into the trap of making choices based on how we want people to see us. When we depend on others to make us feel a certain way, those external opinions end up controlling and consuming much of our lives.

So many thoughts…swirling, bumping in to each other, vying for our attention, creating chaos and confusion…it’s hard to stay on just one “train of thought”. What if we could slow those thoughts down and focus in on one? Consider, process and determine what we’ll do with that one thought before we move to the next?! We can!

Coaches help those who need clarity around their thoughts…which leads to decisions…choices…actions. We help focus in on one “train” at a time. We help people sort out what’s important, strategize and then move forward…further and straighter…faster!

OUR WORDS MATTER //Our choice of words holds immense power. It’s crucial that our intentions align with our expressions, steering clear of contradictory paths. Our journey is shaped by the constant and intentional declarations we make. Let’s be deliberate in directing our words toward the destinations we desire, choosing statements that breathe life and propel us forward.
Often times, we unknowingly harbor contradictory desires and words. The repetition of certain phrases can blind us to this misalignment. It’s time to bring awareness to our speech, ensuring our words echo the direction we truly wish to travel.

For many, our paradigms were formed at a very young age…AND it’s challenging to break out of limiting paradigms unless we’re exposed to differing paradigms! These limiting paradigms can keep us from moving forward in the areas of our lives where we so desire change and momentum. A coach is trained to recognize limited beliefs and create opportunities for a different way of SEEING!
