Roast a sheet pan of veggies. While that is cooking, sauté or grill sausage, and cook pasta. I love using Banza pasta to keep it gluten free.

Easy meal prep with sheet pan fajitas. I made two small changes to make it work better for me

1) Added cauliflower rice to increase veggies

2) Swapped plain Greek yogurt for sour cream

Even though abs are made in the kitchen, strengthening your core is critical for so many different reasons. Here is a great workout to strengthen that core. If you want to take it up a notch instead of going 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off go 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off.

Another good one…nutrient dense nachos!

Ground turkey with with taco seasoning and salsa
Broccoli slaw
Siete refried black beans
Pick de gallo
Good Culture sour cream
Homemade chips from corn tortillas

To make chips. Cut and spray with avocado oil. Sprinkle with salt. Airfare at 375 for 6 minutes.

Here is a great roasted vegetable recipe I pulled together last night.

Red pepper
Orange pepper
Fennel
Carrots
Red onion

Cover veggies with avocado oil.

Season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil.

Cook at 375 for 25 minutes or till veggies are tender.

The fennel is the secret ingredient that makes this whole side dish!

Here is day 60 of 90! These pictures are comparing 3 weeks ago till day 90. I have consistently been hitting my macros but I am not perfect. Like I’ve said before, consistency is the most important thing to making strides in your health and wellness journey. I have a coach and three weeks ago she needed to remind me to get focused, stop complaining, and do the work. Even as a coach, I need a reminder! I have 30 more days in my challenge that I said out for myself. Let’s go!

Day 30 of 90! Here is what 30 days of consistency looks like. I haven’t been perfect but I have been really focused. No one loves to share transformation pictures of them selves but what I want you to take away from this is consistency matters. Also, eating the right amount of food matters as well. I am actually eating more food than when I started 30 days ago. My coach (because we all need a coach) has increased my macros twice. So I started this 30 days eating around 1500 cal in macros and I am currently around 1700 cal in macros. Do I still have more to go? Yes! Have I been perfect with my mindset? No, of course I want this to move faster. However, that’s why I have a coach! Key takeaways over the last 30 days…. Trust the process.

Day 6 of 90!

I woke up today not feeling it. I took a rest day from exercising and just got in recovery. I did focus on my nutrition and met my macros and my water goal.

The best part of today was spending this beautiful Saturday outside. I got a good walk in. I got to watch my son play lacrosse. Spring cannot come soon enough 🌸🌼🌿
