Dr. Helle has been providing self-transformation hypnotherapy services to people of Spokane, WA and the Inland Empire for over two decades. Dr. Helle is a certified Hypnotherapist, Professional Coach (ICF), artist, and owner of Introspect and Enlightenment, which produces motivational media.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree at Santa Ana California, Jayne Helle received her Doctor of Philosophy degree from the American Institute of Hypnotherapy. In addition, Dr. Helle has a scholarly background in philosophy, behavioral motivation, neuro-linguistic programming, human consciousness, sociology, psychology, and art. Dr. Helle is also a clinical practitioner of spiritual “Healing Energy” that works with the body’s aura to cleanse and balance.
Dr. Helle works with corporate groups and personal clients to assist them in achieving their goals. Dr. Helle has assisted the courts with jury selection and handwriting analysis, and served as Vice President of the Washington State Hypnosis Association.
