Whatever you want to call it, this HURTS.
Forward head posture puts a lot of strain on the muscles that support the neck and can lead to pain from overstretching and weakness in the trapezius and other back of the neck muscles along with stiffness and tightening of the front chest and neck muscles.

How can massage help? Massage can help reduce pain and soreness sensation, "reset" muscle proprioception (a muscle's sense of position) and help to elongate shortened muscles.

Just a friendly reminder that the spaces next to and behind the building are for residents only. Parking along the street and in the lot across the street are always ok!
