On Saturday, July 12th, we celebrated National Serve Day with a fantastic group, Navy A school students lead by Petty Officer 2nd Class Burke of CSFE DET Sheppard Air Force Base . They took on the project of painting our front wall and demonstrated excellent teamwork. Shep, from Wichita County Sheriff's Office , brought trustees out, and despite not feeling well, he prioritized mowing and edging our huge yard! We are incredibly grateful for their support. Additionally, Josh from City Hope Church tackled the overgrown prayer path on his own due to recent rains. His dedication and creative ideas for improvement are a blessing. It was a pleasure to provide lunch for these wonderful individuals who made a significant impact on our ministry.

Sometimes we get the cutest volunteers ever!!! Special thanks to Hallie Faye, Attie Jo, and Emmie June for all their hard work! They came with their grandma, Karen Forrester Allen to tidy up the gift room from all the recent donations we have received! You ladies did an amazing job!

Several staff members went out into the community to inform about our upcoming fall groups. We distributed user-friendly cards with a QR code for individuals to view information about our groups. We have established a strong networking relationship with the women at WIC - Wichita Falls . We appreciate Meghan and others who are committed to educating our mothers on the benefits of breastfeeding and nutrition.

Legacy Women's Ministry at Legacy Church held a baby shower for The Center. Thank you Jene' Christine Phillips for delivering all these precious baby items and thank you to all who participated in this baby shower. Our moms will be truly blessed!!!

The Wichita, Archer, and Clay County Girls in Action Summer Camp held a baby shower for The Center. A total of 6 churches participated! Amy Wells and Kelley Thompson along with a sweet helper, delivered all the items collected as well as a monetary donation! We appreciate all they did and continue to do for The Center!
