OmPowered Birth integrates yoga and doula services to prepare the whole woman, physically, mentally, and emotionally, for an empowered birth experience.

Hilary first fell in love with yoga nine years ago while living in Los Angeles. It was her yoga practice that supported her through the pregnancy and birth of her first daughter. Her positive experience as she transitioned to motherhood led her to formal teacher training in yoga as well as doula certification. Hilary believes strongly that, by preparing mentally and physically, each woman can have

the birth experience she desires. Hilary has supported a wide variety of births including home birth, hospital vbac, and hospital births with midwives and doctors. Please call with questions or to set up an interview for services. Testimonials of previous clients available upon request.
