Orin and I had an awesome time at the rising moon festival this weekend! It really was an amazing event that I felt so lucky to attend when so many had traveled really far to attend. The classes, music, kids activities, vendors and yoga were awesome. Definitely want to go back next year!

I’m really looking forward to my sound healing event collaboration on Saturday with Wayne Marto! Between the two of us, there will be at least 10 gongs. We’ve been experimenting with finding the bowls with the same notes as the planetary gongs and playing them together and it has the coolest effect! My 22” heart chakra crystal bowl sounds especially amazing with some of the gongs. And with the big feelings a lot of us have been having this week, I believe there’s no better antidote than the medicine of sound healing and community!
