Although virtual school makes it almost impossible to avoid extended screen time, parents need to be of aware of the negative consequences of such and limit it as much as possible. An increase in sleep instabilities and headaches in school age children have been linked to the extended screen time. Make sure your children get frequent breaks and spend more time outside to counter some of these effects.
