Managing Mental Health During Halloween 🎃
Recognize your triggers: Be aware of what scares you and what might be triggering your anxiety.
Set boundaries: It is okay to say "no" to activities that make you uncomfortable, like attending a haunted house.
Prioritize rest: Make sure you are getting adequate sleep and not overdoing it with frightening content.
Talk about it: If you feel anxious or stressed, talk to a friend, family member, or therapist about it.
