One Saturday Morning per Month

Join our Distance Mini Retreat one Saturday morning per month and partake in “playtime for spiritual adults.” This group provides the time and motivation to journal, relax and regroup. It is a peaceful, serene, supportive environment. I provide the lovely music. You bring your journal and your willingness to be creative, express yourself and put forth your beautiful message. Each month there will be: A brief meditation, grounding exercise, visualizations, affirmations, choosing an oracle card for a message and automatic writing to get our creative juices flowing.

Learning the process of automatic writing can be life changing as it is a way to get guidance from our higher self, angels, spirit guides, ascended masters, etc.

This group has evolved into a wonderful time of sharing and supporting one another on our journeys. Please ‘Join Us’ for some spiritual playtime at this distance offering!

JoAnn is hosting two evening and one morning Distance Reiki Share per month. The Distance Shares are for all those interested in practicing Reiki on others in a virtual small group setting. Must have at least Level II certification. It is a time for sharing experiences, helping each other develop Reiki skills and practice in a safe, fun and always interesting virtual setting. Enjoy Reiki's healing effect, release all stress and tension, and relax your mind, body and spirit. The Distance Shares have been truly amazing. The healing benefits are the same as during an in person Share. Some have actually said more so.

The Reiki Share usually starts with a discussion. It is a time to share valuable information with one another. On some occasions a group distance healing session is done for one or more of the participants' requests. Then, the group will work on each individual participant with several Reiki practitioners sending Distance Reiki to one recipient. This group healing format provides a wonderful, relaxing, rejuvenating experience for all.

We will be using ZOOM as the tool to engage together. Contact JoAnn to register and she will send you the ZOOM log in info before the scheduled date.

Happy Summer Solstice! As we approach the longest day of the year, add more light into your life in all ways and in all forms. 🌞✨ The official first day of summer this year is June 20, 2025.

Try being outside in nature, well into the evening, enjoying the cooler night air. Go to the beach or a lake for a swim, go for a hike or bike ride, read a book in a comfy chair outside, soak up some natural vitamin D from the sun. Spread your light to other persons, places and animals through kindness, compassion, joy and love. Let all that positive, bright energy emanate from you to others and your surroundings. Lastly, be the beacon for those that need a guiding light in their life.
