Tanabeth shares her knowledge and experience with health, wellness, relaxation and beauty. She enjoys teaching yoga (online and outside) conducting seminars for businesses providing stress reduction tips for the work place, yoga retreats, workshops, teaching IET, reiki and yoga teacher training.

Join us Saturday, August 2 at 8am for a magical session on a private pond at Kyle’s organic farm.

This is a special event outside of normal yoga packages:
$25 for the class
• $10 board rental (optional)
• lifejacket rental available

Saturday’s training could not have been better! Karen and Alyssa did fantastic! They both asked great questions and had the chance to use their newly learned skills! Thanks ladies for spending such a fun filled afternoon with me, the chakras and all the fun crystals and oils!

Paddleboard Yoga begins Thursday, July 10.
Join us for classes every Monday and Thursday evening and Saturday morning, weather permitting. Our final class will be Monday, September 29.

We’ll meet at the Half Moon Lake boat launch. Come float, flow, and connect with nature.
Sign up is required and all waivers must be signed to participate!
This class will show up as zero cost on the app!
The cost is
$25 with your own board
$35 with board rental
