My Favorite core exercise for women over 40:
Ask me for my favorite core exercise lately and I’ll tell you “dead bugs” or "bird dogs".
Why? Because “they build strength without stressing the lower back, plus as a coach, there are so many ways to make it more or less challenging for my clients”.
PLUS, tbh… “I kind of enjoy watching the expression on my clients’ faces when they try to get the coordination of the movement down”. 🙃
