Reclaim Healthcare WNC Project Coordinator (Part-time Contractual Position)
Scope of work: Contract for up to twenty hours per week to help manage Reclaim's work by coordinating activities, resources, teams, and people to ensure that projects stay on track and meet goals. Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors, Communications Director and volunteer leaders by providing support with scheduling, tasks, and communication.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination and Organization: Organize and coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings and managing timelines.
Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for team leaders, team members, and the public, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Reporting: Prepare project status reports as needed.
Problem Solving: Identify and work with the Board to resolve problems that may arise during the project lifecycle.
CRM data management: Use CRM to keep track of donors, volunteers, stakeholders, and other interested parties. Perform data management and run reports as requested.
Knowledge and skills: At least three years of experience as a project coordinator. Demonstrated skills with data, writing reports,and organizing projects and people. Demonstrated skills with google docs, spreadsheets, and CRM-type database.
Working conditions: Work from home and at meetings, must own a laptop and cellphone, transportation to meetings around the WNC region required.
Reports to the Board. Position based in Asheville.
Hours and Pay: ~20 hours/week at $30 per hour.
