Wayne/Holmes MHRB Our mission is to provide leadership, support, and funding to community partners and agencies.

The Mental Health & Recovery Board is comprised of volunteer citizens and is commissioned under Ohio law to serve as the local mental health and substance abuse authority for the Wayne and Holmes County service district. The Board's purpose is to assess community needs and to plan, organize and manage public resources so essential services are provided. CANCELLED: The Program Committee board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 5, 2025, has been cancelled.

NEW: A Personnel Committee board meeting has been added for Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM.

The public is always welcome and encouraged to attend our meetings.
